The hotel offers a cool setting and spotless rooms, right next to the lobby. The service was very good, understanding and demonstrating customer care, although there were disturbances during check-out. The location is fabulous, close to a tennis venue, the beach, and various shops and restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of choices, though some minor areas for improvement. Overall, the facilities were excellent, enhancing the stay experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the convenience of the back entrance for my pets and the attentive service stood out. However, the frequent disturbances from the room temperature adjustments were a downside, waking us up several times. The rooms were on the smaller side but kept clean. The location, although great for our needs, was slightly inconvenient due to renovations during our stay. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and the choice of nearby high-end restaurants and shopping malls added value to our stay.

The hotel rooms are consistently spotless and comfortable with thermostat-controlled settings, but the price seemed steep for a 2-star establishment. Unfortunately, there were issues involving the discovery of feces in the first room upon arrival.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were massive, clean, cool, and ready for us when we arrived, which was fantastic. On the downside, there was no thermostat control on the A/C unit. The evening bar, however, was a nice touch.
